How much is delivery?
Restaurants (downtown): $5.00 Groceries: $5.99 for 12 items or less, $8.99 for 13-24 items, $11.99 for 25 items+

What about tips?
Our drivers use their own vehicles and gas. They work hard to assure that your meal is delivered to you promptly professionally. Providing the service to you, they rely on tips as their major source of income. Unlike restaurant wait staff, our drivers do not serve multiple tables. They dedicate themselves exclusively to your order. The entire delivery process for our drivers from start to finish can take up to one hour. A 15-20% gratuity is suggested on all orders. A 15% minimum tip is required on all orders. Our drivers sincerely appreciate your generous consideration.

Can I place an order in advance?
YES! We recommend placing an advanced order to help ensure your desired delivery time. Advanced orders can be placed online up to 5 days before desired delivery time. Call us at (313) 784-9495 to place your advanced order. You may place an order months in advance by calling us during our regular hours. Advanced orders must be paid for in advance using credit card payment.

How many restaurants can I order from at one time?
You may order from as many restaurants as you wish, however, a separate delivery fee will be added for each restaurant. Please keep in mind that orders from more than one restaurant may arrive at different times from separate drivers.

What types of cuisines do you offer?
Flash Delivery offers all varieties: Mexican, Deli, Greek, Italian, Japanese and more!

What meals are offered for delivery?
Breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Can you help plan a conference or event?
Yes, events are our specialty. Please call us for additional information.

How do I place an order?
Orders can be placed by phone, cell phone application (coming soon) or e-mail.

Is there an order minimum?
There is no minimum order.

What are the payment methods?
Flash Delivery accepts cash, corporate check, and major credit card.

What is the cancellation policy?
24 hours notice is required.

What are your hours of operation?
Monday-Saturday 10:00AM-6:00PM Sunday- Closed Before or after hours orders must be booked in advance.

I have a large catering order, how much notice do you need?
For office meetings and special events, we suggest that you order 24 hours in advance. We can do same day catering orders but for orders of more than 10 entrees or time-specific orders, ordering at least 1 1/2 hours in advance will minimize delays.

I have comments/questions about my order. Should I call the restaurant?
No, unless it’s a very specific question about how the food is prepared or about the special of the day, please direct all questions or comments to Flash Delivery.

I don’t live in your service area. Can I still order from you?
We are continuously expanding our service area. Depending on the order amount, exact location, and how much notice we are given, we may be able to serve you. Any deliveries outside of the service area will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
